5. Healthcare Services and Medical Disclaimer

Aorthea provides virtual doctor consultations by licensed healthcare professionals ONLY. We do not provide medication fulfillment or work with unlicensed providers.

Our AI features are non-diagnostic and not a replacement for medical review. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare practitioners who conduct professional evaluations and consultations.

5.1 Not a Replacement for Professional Care

  • The Services are designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care
  • Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Services

5.2 Emergency Situations

In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. The Services are not intended for emergency medical situations.
